My sunsets

Sunset in Finland

Watching the sunset and being present in this moment. Sometimes it's hard to slow down and realize the significance of enjoying a moment.

It can be a walk in the woods, watching flowers, sitting down and eating ice cream.

Without smartphone and all the information, that's surrounding us all the time.

Something to learn in a new way. 

To gain back lost concentration.

It's easy to move forward without concentrating on what's going on right now.

Still the present moment is where we live.

And living in a feeling of hurry isn't even very productive.

I can be doing many things at the same time. It's not any problem. The problem is, that it shouldn't go on whole day. Moments of rest are needed.

The benefits of learning to be present are 
  • Learning to listen to what someone says
  • Better concentration and ability to stay focused
There are a lot of things waiting to be done all the time. 
What is actually the most effective way to get them done?

I think it's concentrating on one thing at a time. Not losing focus.

Creativity and new ideas need space and restful moments.

Be happy in the moment, that's enough. Each moment is all we need, not more.
